Not everyone has a happy Christmas

For the Pinkwellies household Christmas is a time for joy, family and happiness. But not everyone will be happy today or over this festive period. For some people these next few days and weeks can be a dark and lonely time, a time when illnesses like depression can come on and/or get much worse.

depressedIf you feel like this please know that you are not alone this Christmas.

If you feel alone this Christmas.

If you feel depressed.

If you feel that you have hit rock bottom.

If you feel empty inside.

If you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If you can’t find happiness anywhere within.

If the world is a dark place in which you see no place for yourself any more.

Then pick up the phone and call one of these. They are there just for you, right now…
