AMARA Cutes and Pals Peko the Penguin Suitcase: Review

This is a review post. We received the suitcase in return for this review. However all views are my own.

A few weeks ago the lovely people over at AMARA sent Littlebit this gorgeous Cuties & Pals Peko Penguin suitcase.

We’ve been waiting for an opportunity to use it. Though it has already been well “used” for imaginary holidays and trips to the Grandparents. It’s been packed and unpacked almost daily with all manner of toys and then dragged around the living room on “journeys”. But tonight we got to use it properly, for the first time.

Littlebit really enjoyed packing her night-clothes and overnight stuff into it earlier today. The only mistake I made was doing it too early in the day, as then all I heard for the rest of the day was:

“My taking my penguinuinuin case to Grandma and Dandan’s now?”

She’s so funny, she can’t say penguin without carrying the “uin” bit on at least 3 times. She also calls her Grandad “Dandan”.

I was very, VERY impressed with the packaging from AMARA when it arrived. It was really well packaged with proper high-end stuff. Branded air cushions and even logoed tissue paper. It made it all the more special when opening, Littlebit was squealing with excitement, and it made me think of a couple of people I could buy gifts for from this site (they have some lovely stuff) and get them delivered direct to them. They package their items so nicely it would be great to send a gift from there saving on posting twice (once to me to wrap and then again to the recipient).

It’s definitely a hit with Littlebit… though now she wants the matching rucksack (we saw it in John Lewis earlier in the week)!!! For me it’s a win too. It’s really well made and just the right size for a couple of nights away for a little one. The best feature for me is the excitement it adds to a holiday or night at the grands :)

If you like this AMARA have the whole range of Cuties & Pals. There are some uber cute characters in the collection.
