Hunting for the Family Tree

It was such a beautiful day on Saturday that we headed out to Beacon Hill Country Park, somewhere I’d not been in years and years, with a Winter Picnic of tomato soup and cheese sandwiches (that’s a tick off the Winter Bucket List) on a hunt for Stick Man’s family tree (another tick). I’m going to let the many photos speak for themselves, but we had a rather fabulous time.

You have some lovely photos from your day out and I love the idea of reading the story in the setting and the soup and sandwiches sound perfect! I spy Daddy enjoying some puddle slashing too (you’re never too old) which I’m sure Littlebit was thrilled with. Thanks for linking up and sharing your adventure with Country Kids.
